Integrated Car Park
Q-Park Victoria Square is located directly underneath the shopping complex with direct access to each level of Victoria Square.
Bicycle Parking
There are two Bicycle Parking stations. Located at the Ann Street entrance and Montgomery Street entrance. Both are covered by CCTV.
Car Wash & Valeting
Neatly located in our Q-Park Car Park is Capital Auto Wash. Leave you car for a valet and shop until you drop. Located on Level B1.
Taxi Lounge
We have a hassle-free Value Cabs Taxi Lounge located at our Chichester Street entrance. With Value Cabs, you have easy access to anywhere in Belfast and beyond.Customer Services

Lost Property
Our staff occasionally find items of Lost Property around the centre. If you have misplaced personal property, please re-visit the stores have you visited or pop into Customer Services.
Collect+
It's never been easy to collect or send a parcel now that Customer Services is a drop off/collection point!
