With stores in Dublin and Belfast, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Supervisor to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations while driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will manage the store's daily operations, motivate the team to meet sales targets, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will also be involved in photography and editing processes, ensuring the high-quality standards that Eyemazy is known for. This role requires someone who is hands-on, sales-driven, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure team members do the same.
- Upsell Eyemazy products, such as gift cards and additional services.
- Capture high-quality photographs of customers' eyes, adhering to Eyemazy’s photography standards.
- Edit images using Photoshop to clean reflections and enhance quality.
- Ensure that every image meets Eyemazy’s premium quality expectations.
- Supervise, train, and support the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Provide training in the photography and editing process for new team members.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate store coverage.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolution to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate on in-store promotions to boost sales, particularly during peak seasons like Christmas.
- Promote Eyemazy gift cards and other business offerings to customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
- Track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or sales supervisory role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
- Photography experience or interest in learning the process (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar photo-editing software is a significant advantage.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle challenging situations.
- Basic understanding of stock management and store operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.
